Development and creation of IoT map through a combination of wishful thinking and open innovation approach.
Key results:
- Assembled an IoT map with existing IoT solutions of different maturity level (from idea to proven applications) using the existing IoT use cases/references & existing IoT projects/ideas from the client
- Identified new topics (open innovation workshop), that have not yet been exploited by the client – future scenarios and visions (wishful thinking workshop)
- Evaluated impact of future scenarios on the client (open innovation workshop)
